At 93Mobiles.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our simple return and refund process.
1. Returns Window
- You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
- To start a return, you can contact us at 93mobiles@proton.me.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Return Shipping Cost
- Defective/Damaged Products: If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), the return shipping is FREE.
- Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
